By using this website, you agree to binding arbitration using the American Arbitration Association under the Commercial Rules applicable at the time of the dispute. The final award is appealable to the AAA under the AAA Appellate Rules. You agree to limit liability to $500. You agree to a waiver of class action claims. The arbitrator shall not have jurisdiction to award more than $500. Each party shall bear their own costs and fees. The local of the arbitration proceeding shall be Palm Beach County, Florida. Initial service shall be by US Mail.
